Cancellation and Refunds Policy
At WebifyDev, we strive to deliver quality digital products. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines, which are governed by Razorpay’s policies, before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
Since our offerings are digital (online courses and IT projects), payments processed via Razorpay are final once access is granted. Refunds or cancellations will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
2. Cancellation Guidelines
You may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials or IT project files. Cancellation requests should be sent to webifydev.team@gmail.com.
3. Refund Requests
Refunds are subject to Razorpay’s processing guidelines and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a significant portion of the content has been accessed, refunds may no longer be available.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a cancellation or refund, please email us with your order details and your reason for the request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Exceptions
If the digital content has been substantially consumed or if the cancellation request does not comply with Razorpay’s guidelines, refunds may be denied.
